August 2021 Update
Parents Club Interior Upgrades
Thank you to Mrs. Hankins and all of the Delta Beta Parents Club Donors. We were able to raise $5,000 to put towards interior furnishings. Mrs. Hankins and the In-House Brothers have been busy renovating our newly constructed parlor room, and it has never looked better. The addition of five TV’s, new furnishings, gaming stations, ping-pong tables, and a custom pool table surely bring this room to life! We all cannot wait for this new parlor room to be put to good use. Everyone is looking forward to a great fall semester.

Our historic chapter house is now 115 years old, and has served more than 1,000 Theta Chis since our purchase of the home in 1961. And, we weren’t the first fraternity to live there! Decades of alumni leaders and undergraduate members have discussed a major capital project, but this is the first time a campaign of this magnitude has been attempted. The question is: “Can we count on you to step up and lead?”

New Ways to Contribute to the House Renovation Campaign
Alumni may now support the campaign by contributing via credit card, PayPal, or Electronic Fund Transfer. Go to the “Donate” page and make a contribution in the manner you prefer. Of course, you can transfer stocks and bonds, or write a good ol’ fashion check!
The key thing is that everyone participates in the campaign. We can’t pay the fraternity back for the positive impact it has had on us, but we can “Pay it Forward” for future generations.
The Vision 70 Campaign has reached $512,970 in contributions and multi-year pledges from just 111 alumni and the entire undergraduate chapter. The chapter pledged $50,000 over the next five years. They've made their first two-year's contributions to date.
