75 Campaign

For more than seven decades, the Delta Beta Chapter of Theta Chi has shaped the lives of UGA men—building friendships, developing leaders, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Our chapter house at 645 S. Milledge Avenue has been home to more than 1,000 Theta Chis since 1961.

Today, alumni and friends are coming together through the Vision 75 Campaign to renovate and preserve this historic home so that it can serve future generations of Delta Beta brothers.

Phase III

By investing in Phase III, alumni and parents are not just fixing an old building—they’re preserving a chapter legacy and making sure future generations of Theta Chi have a home that reflects the strength of the brotherhood.

Why This

Campaign
Matters

For 75 years, the Charles Hillyer Brand House at 645 S. Milledge has been the home base for Delta Beta brothers. Thanks to more than $750,000 in alumni support since 2017, Phases I and II of our long-range plan have already restored the historic façade and original house—replacing rotten wood and siding, rebuilding porches, refinishing wood floors, updating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the roof.

the vision

Phase III focuses on rebuilding the aging ballroom wing (now more than 60 years old) and addressing long-standing drainage issues that have caused repeated flooding. This phase will transform the back of the house into a safer, more functional, and more welcoming space for undergraduates and alumni alike.

Campaign Progress

Alumni, parents, and the undergraduate chapter have already made significant commitments toward this effort through contributions and multi-year pledges.

As of January 2026, more than $256,000 has been committed to the Vision 75 Campaign from a dozen alumni, parents, and undergraduates.
