The Assisting Hand
Scholarship

Supporting outstanding incoming men
at the University of Georgia

Theta Chi Fraternity’s Assisting Hand Scholarship is awarded each fall to an incoming male freshman attending the University of Georgia. Sponsored by the parents and alumni of Theta Chi Delta Beta, the scholarship recognizes men who exemplify leadership—in the classroom, on their campuses, in athletics, and in other areas where they have taken initiative.

For Fall 2026, we will award one scholarship of $1,000, paid directly toward the recipient’s UGA tuition. While the scholarship is sponsored by the parents and alumni of Theta Chi, recipients are under no obligation to join the fraternity.
