Parents Club

The Theta Chi Parents Club brings together parents and families who want to support their sons’ experience at Delta Beta and help care for our historic house on Milledge. Even if you live outside Athens or out of state, you can be part of this community.

Membership in the Parents Club is through a $65 annual donation, and many families choose to make additional contributions.

Our Mission

To enhance our sons’ experience in Theta Chi by forming a network of parents and supporting improvements to the chapter house.

Each year, the chapter provides a list of needs and projects that will improve daily life in the house. In recent years, the Parents Club has:

  • Furnished common areas including the alumni room, pool room, TV room, and foyer

  • Purchased a flat screen TV and upgraded internet and wiring

  • Installed keypads on exterior doors

  • Provided rocking chairs for the front porch

  • Landscaped the front yard and added flags and décor

  • Installed plantation blinds on many windows

  • Catered special events such as the Senior Goodbye lunch

There are many ways to contribute, whether you live in Athens, elsewhere in Georgia, or out of state.
